Product Description

by Daniel Lechner (Author)

What's not to love about a former ghost town becoming a popular tourist destination? One man is responsible . . . he's Sheriff Jack Black, known to everyone in Sycamore Gulch as Mr. Everything. Now comes Bernard Ramsey, a man in the midst of great personal turmoil. This socially awkward cost accountant from New York City is so struck by the energy he sees in Sycamore Gulch, he decides to stay on. He is totally unaware his life's great adventure is about to begin. Next mix diamonds and unbelievable stock market wealth into a pot heated and stirred gently by Sheriff Black. Yes, it won't take long for the excitement to boil over. Everyone in Sycamore Gulch becomes caught up in it. Will Sheriff Black lasso the Wall Street crowd, or will some late comers lasso Sheriff Black? Enjoy a fresh whiff of the Old West as you discover the answer.

Author Biography

Daniel Lechner lives in retirement in the beautiful desert south of Tucson, Arizona. His working career of 38 years as a stock broker gave him a front row seat to the world. From that perch he was able to see it all. Some of his experiences have found their way into this manuscript. "Sycamore Gulch" is Mr. Lechner's fourth novel. His education consists of a bachelors degree in Chemistry, and many, many years of enjoyable reading.
