Product Description

Bold colors and super soft texture make this scarf a great way for you to change your look and change women's lives! Made by women at Craftbeauty, a fair trade craft organization that provides skills and a steady source of income to disadvantaged women with few work options, including women with disabilities and women from rural farming regions.

  • Cotton & raw silk
  • Hand wash in cold water; lay flat to dry
  • 71" L x 28" W (180 x 71.1 cm)
  • Handmade in & fairly traded from Vietnam

Silk is collected from cocoons whose moth inhabitants have already begun to emerge, with small holes being cut to enable the moths to emerge without having eaten through too much of the cocoon. The moths live and the workers collect the empty cocoons for use in spinning raw silk fiber.
