A number of these early transplanted South Carolinians now lie buried in the Sugg's Creek Cemetery. Information to be found with in this book: a short account of the organization of the first Presbyterian Church at Sugg's Creek Meeting House with a brief notice of the origin of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church at this place. Also, a record of names, births, baptisms, deaths, marriages, communions, removals and other necessary church records.
