The Stainless Steel Straight Top Mount is the most minimal hanger in the stainless lineup. It mounts to the top edge of the door with a completely flat profile — no J-curve, no straps on the door face. From the front, you see the door panel, the track above it, and the hanger arm sitting on top of the door edge. No hardware on the door face at all.
The difference from the stainless J top mount is the profile above the door — the J top mount has a slight J-shaped curve in the hanger arm; this one is completely flat. From the front the visual result is nearly identical. Choose between them based on whether you prefer the flat or J-curve profile above the door.
Capacity is 100 lbs per door — the same as all top mount styles regardless of material. If your door is over 100 lbs, the face-mount stainless options are rated to 400 lbs.
