Author Biography
Gordon J. Wenham (1943-2025; PhD, University of London) was tutor in Old Testament at Trinity College, Bristol, England, and professor emeritus of Old Testament at the University of Gloucestershire. He wrote or edited numerous books, including commentaries on Genesis, Leviticus, and Numbers, and coeditor of the Apollos Old Testament Commentary series.
