The foldable 4.6" food-grade stainless steel probe reads temperature in 2-4 seconds and triggers automatic power on/off as it opens and closes - no buttons required for basic use. Wide temperature range of -58°F to 572°F (-50°C to 300°C). Backlit LCD display for use in low-light conditions. Waterproof construction. Available in Red and Black.

Care & Battery
