After obtaining her Master of Arts at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, Dorotea Brandin follows her dream of becoming a theatre actress. After twelve years of professional stage experience, life brings her unexpectedly to a new career as a Coach in Leadership Communication. She becomes certified in Solution Focused Coaching and creates her own methodology to achieve emotional intelligent communication. Since 2002, Dorotea has coached and trained hundreds of leaders and managers to build their 'Heartfelt Presence' so that when they interact, communicate and present, they truly inspire and influence others. Her method called PREPARED enables people to connect to deeper motivations and values. With an enlarged awareness her clients develop the capacity to listen and observe while facilitating dialogue with flexibility and wisdom.
