Elva Ramirez is a veteran food media journalist and video content creator who began her career at the Wall Street Journal. She is a freelance lifestyle writer and brand consultant, contributing to publications like Bloomberg Businessweek, Rolling Stone, Town & Country, Elle, and Forbes. She has consulted on projects for major spirits brands and top bars alike. She contributed to the Nieman Journalism Lab at Harvard University and The Oxford Companion to Spirits & Cocktails (edited by David Wondrich and Noah Rothbaum). She is the author of Zero Proof: 90 Non-Alcoholic Recipes for Mindful Drinking (HMH, 2021).
