Product Description

by Judith Johnson (Author)

A unique record of the two hundred and fifty-four men and one woman named on the Southborough War Memorial, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, recalling the details of those who died in the wars of the twentieth century, poignantly scant in some cases, of their lives and final resting places, wherever it was possible to research through archives and the memories of those left behind.

Author Biography

Judith Johnson was born in Hertfordshire with a deep curiosity about her fellow human beings. She is the seventh child of late British film actor James Hayter. She has worked as a theatrical agent, reflexologist and alumni officer. She writes poetry amongst other things and continues to update her website with additional information associated with Southborough War Memorial. She lives in Kent with her husband, writer M J Johnson.
