Jerome is a motivational speaker and youth influencer from Charleston, SC. He is the co-founder and CEO of SmallTalk, a youth speaker's bureau dedicated to the mission of youth motivating youth. His passion to inspire has led Jerome to mentor hundreds of students, and deliver his impactful message to thousands more. Jerome's community leadership has been recognized by Georgetown University, YESCarolina, The Jackie Robinson Foundation and the city of North Charleston. In 2011, Mayor Keith Summey proclaimed July 28th as Jerome Smalls Day - a local holiday dedicated to honoring Jerome's commitment to service.
