About the Author: Lesley was a Great Britain international shooter for 20 years, in three different disciplines and won many medals; World and European Champion, Commonwealth Champion, World Cup, World Cup finalist, English, British and UK Champion and a coveted Olympic quota place. In 2009 after a winning 'Hat Trick' of the English, British and World Championships, she retired from shooting and is now a successful Sport Performance Consultant and Shooting coach, teaching her tried and tested P.D.O.S.R (Perfect Disciplined One Shot Routine).
