The Shiley XLT Extended-Length Cuffless Tracheostomy Tube is specifically designed to provide stable airway support for patients with anatomical challenges such as thick necks, tracheal stenosis, or elongated tracheas. Available in both proximal and distal extended-length configurations, these tubes offer a tailored solution without compromising effective airway management.
With a soft, swiveling neck flange and a secure twist-lock disposable inner cannula, comfort and ease of stoma inspection are ensured throughout use. The cuffless design is ideal for patients who are not ventilator-dependent and are approaching readiness for decannulation.
