Product Description

by Sue Bonner (Author)

Sue Bonner (Subhana) experienced many deaths in her younger years-parents, friends and a baby son. These life events led her to being trained by and working for Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, MD in her Life Death and Transition workshops. Later in life these experiences led her to become an Interfaith Hospice Chaplain.

Shared Grace is more than a memoir. It is a tribute to the lives of many individuals with whom Subhana interacted.

It also includes many ideas for enriching the end of a person's life through art, music, ritual and nature. There are activities and ideas for guiding children and helping them to be less fearful and more of a participant in what adults do to honor a loved one.

An entire chapter is dedicated to topics to reflect upon when considering one's own life and end-of-life wishes.

Resources are included, such as Inspirational Readings and comforting Music.

One aspect of this memoir that is touching is the photos of family, clients and friends who enriched and blessed Subhana's life.

It is a meaningful and heartwarming read!
