Ideas, beliefs, values, attitudes, and feelings shift, pendulums swing, and lifestyles change. With reference to male and female sexuality, we, as a society, don't think the same things that we used to think thirty or so years ago (and even less years than that). Roles are different, new laws have been passed, culture has changed, and some of our traditions have been fading. Even new medical surgeries are being performed. Some have been performed for a while and some haven't, because they are so new. Men can become women, physically and anatomically, and women can become men, physically and anatomically.
