Earlina Green landed an internship with the Texas Legends, the minor league development team for the Dallas Mavericks, right out of college. In less than a year, she worked her way up to senior director of business development for the team. After three years, she moved into a position with the Dallas Mavericks.
The author was awarded "30 Under 30" honors, and eWomen Network named her as an "Emerging Leader" in Dallas.
Green now focuses on writing and motivating her fellow Gen-Yers to achieve their goals through defining faith, passion, and purpose. 7 Tips for Breaking Into the World of Sports: Landing the Job of Your Dreams for the College Graduate is her first book.
