Author Biography
Mark Kennedy started and built a successful 24-employee carpet cleaning company for 15 years before he began consulting. As a consultant, he worked with over 43 of the largest and most successful companies on the planet. He increased profits for many of them by hundreds of thousands of dollars... and for some of them, it was in the millions. For ten years, he worked strictly by referral, not having to advertise to get new clients. Wanting to help smaller cleaners to grow, in 2008, he released The Levels Of Success Program, a home-study, inexpensive, 15-month program for carpet cleaners, that provides the same major systems he provides to his larger clients. Mark regularly speaks at industry events, is a certified firewalking instructor, and actively consults with service businesses of all kinds, various franchises, and carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, and restoration companies all over the English-speaking world. He makes his home in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
