It takes a closer look at the spectrum of political views on motherhood in relation to peace. The book also examines through the microlenses of personal history and language some of the blockages to the development of the tendency to be for peaceful cooperation among women.The focus is primarily on the Jewish-Israeli women, 1989-1999, although views of Palestinian women living in Israel and later observations are woven throughout.
