Product Description

by Dan Tousignant (Author)

This is not a textbook. It is a participant guide including the printed slides and exercises for a Scrum Master Certification course. This manual can be used alone or in conjunction with our two-day course. This course will also help you prepare for the Professional Scrum Master Certification from Scrum. org (PSM 1) If you are interested in purchasing the PowerPoint versions of the slides and soft copies of the exercises for this course or to get more details on the Agile Games, Ice Breakers and the associated Agile practice exams, please contact us at dan@capeprojectmanagement.com Scrum is one of the Agile frameworks that uses simple techniques to improve productivity, delivery and quality. Scrum is an iterative, incremental framework for developing any product or managing any work. Scrum provides a framework which allows teams to deliver a potentially shippable set of functionality every iteration and by providing the flexibility needed to respond to rapidly changing requirements. Please use the "Look Inside" feature from Amazon before purchasing. These manuals which are part of the Agile Education Series developed by Dan Tousignant are the participant guides used in his public, onsite and virtual training classes worldwide and are intended for those readers who are aspiring Agile trainers, Scrum practitioners, or those interested in previewing the courses. These guides are not stand-alone training materials, but are for those people interested in reviewing a well-designed, comprehensive Agile curriculum. These courses have taken hundreds of hours to develop and are constantly being improved upon and republished.
