She is the author of "Wednesday's Word: God's Word for God's People", a weekly devotional that appears on the Greater Warner Facebook page. She is married to Rev. Dr. Cleo A. Brooks, Jr., the Pastor of Greater Warner Tabernacle A.M.E. Zion Church. They have three children- Devyn, Lauren, and Jayden.
