Product Description

by Marggie Hatala (Author)

"Sally" is the honest and poignant story of a remarkable woman's fight to have her own healthcare decisions upheld throughout her aging and decline, and ultimately within hospice care. Told by her daughter who became her advocate, it lovingly examines this complex mother/daughter relationship, life within a very large extended family, and the spirituality that formed the basis for each of their lives. "Sally" is an uplifting account of the human journey through the end-of-life process, and demonstrates the metaphysical truths of this sacred time.
