Making Knowledge about Safety Culture accessible is the main purpose of this project; this is the first work on the subject published in Portuguese. Sharing her National and International experience, she prepared a challenging work where she consolidates, from theory to practice, everything we need to know about Safety Culture, reflecting together with the Reader on the Strengthening Elements, Manifesta-tions, and the relationship between Culture, Leadership, and Safety Perfor-mance.
Always bringing a practical point of view and making it tangible, the Author, has, through examples, prepared a great manual for those who seek to imple-ment, strengthen, and/or simply walk the path of safe behavior.
Discussing the principles that make up culture, she advances in the under-standing of limiting beliefs, behavioral triggers, values, and how all of that together needs to influence Upper and Middle Leadership so that they can be the Protagonists and rewrite the history of safety.
Lastly, Andreza gives new meaning to concepts and proposes a new path for a timely topic.
