I don't think they eat humans or any kind of dead animal. They are way beyond that. They have mastered the nuances of time in order to get here. And they are beyond god and evil. To them our lives are so simple and self-destructive. We are so self-serving. Our knowledge is of no value to them, so they don't even make contact with us. We have nothing to offer them. Humans are so primitive. They observe and make their reports and move on.
