Product Description

by Willem Top (Author)

The book "Risk Management, Safety and Control of Loss - Protecting Your Organization" contains an introduction to these business areas that are essential to lead, manage and operate any organization. While not for "experts", this book puts these subjects in proper business and management perspective showing their relation to the control of unwanted events that downgrade business efficiency, profitability and sustainability. Understanding how these areas can contribute to business results is important to those who lead and manage organizations and crucial to those working as consultants - either internally or externally - assisting their management or client on their way to lasting profitability and success. Another book titled "Making Your Future in Business - and in Other Parts of Life", also written by Willem, is based on the same management principles and goes into further detail about how to set up, implement and improve the plan or management system to reach organizational objectives. Based on the three business areas mentioned in the book "Risk management, Safety and Control of Loss", both books combined show the way through which the enduring success of a company can be secured.
