Dr Katy Marsh-Davies is Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Hull University Business School, Hull University.

Michelle Blackburn is Principal Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour and Teaching and Learning (Portfolio) Lead, responsible for Student Engagement and Employment in the Department of Management within Sheffield Business School. Prior to becoming an academic she had a 20-year career as a HR consultant, and she is a Fellow of the CIPD.
