After retirement he started repairing and painting old furniture as a hobby but within a year the hobby grew into a small business. Although he did not have experience of furniture repair and refinishing, he did have a passion for restoring old furniture and with the help of knowledgeable people and friends he managed to master the techniques of spray painting and applying paint techniques. The information provided in this book is based on his experience in developing a hobby into a profitable home business.
