Author Biography
Charlie Ball was an ocean lifeguard for agencies from Kitty Hawk to Wrightsville Beach and developed an educational program to teach children how to stay safe at the beach. He received a B.A. in English from East Carolina University with a concentration in Creative Writing and has received awards for his short stories and films.
