Author Biography
Ray Miller was involved in pastoral ministry from 1980 to 2002. He and his wife Deborah then served as missionaries in the Philippines until 2017. He then served as a US missionary until 2023. He completed a doctor of ministry from Asia Pacific Theological Seminary in 2020. He is now retired and involved in various ministries in his local church. He is the author of Training Spirit-Filled Local Church Leaders for the 21st Century and Lessons in Losing.
