Kevin Knowlen is the author of the book Real Estate - For Sale By Owner, and the owner of Real Estate For Sale by Owner, LLC, a limited liability company through which Kevin advocates and teaches methods to homeowners on how to sell their own home, often avoiding some of the typical real estate sales commissions. Kevin actively presents selling strategies in seminars to coach people as they plan and work through the process of selling their own home.
