Ella K. Lindvall
has taught primary school in the United States and internationally. She's the author of The Bible Illustrated for Little Children, My Friend Jesus, and The People of the Bible Series.

Author Biography

ELLA K. LINDVALL was a mother and former elementary school teacher. She spent 20 years teaching Kindergarten, first, and second grades in Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Ella was a skilled children's editor and writer, and served until retirement as the managing editor for Moody Publishers. Among her many children's books are The Bible in Pictures for Toddlers and the acclaimed Read-Aloud Bible Stories series, the first volume of which is an ECPA Gold Medallion winner and C.S. Lewis Honor Book.

After achieving national recognition as one of the leading creative minds in American advertising, the late Kent Puckett founded his own agency in 1975 to "serve those who serve." A gifted art director and illustrator, he has been credited with changing the face of Christian advertising and design, a legacy that lives on in the agency that bears his name. He is survived by his wife, Pat, two grown sons, and five grandchildren.
