Barbara Klein, Ph.D., a nationally known expert on child development, holds doctoral degrees in both clinical psychology and early childhood education. Her private practice is dedicated to assessing, counseling, and assisting with the special educational needs of gifted and highly gifted children. She lives in Sherman Oaks, California.
