Chapters cover the following information: Planning a Chicken Coop, Choosing a Breed, Breeds of Chickens (covers varieties of white, brown and blue egg laying breeds as well as dual purpose and meat producing breeds of chickens), Feed, Water & Supplies, Acquiring Chickens, Acquiring Eggs for Hatching, Hatching Eggs in an Incubator, Caring for Chicks in a Brooder, Preparing the Coop for Move In Day, and Chicken Mites and Lice.
