Three essays, by curator and media scholar Christiane Paul, art historian Margriet Schavemaker and author Kodama Kanazawa, focus on net and digital art and Rozendaal's connections to Japan and Asia. Marvin Jordan conducts a lengthy interview with the artist. As a complement to the book, the smartphone app From Looking to Hearing translates the visual work into an audio work.
