Author Biography

Mike Dulmage has directed customer service, quality assurance and dealer service training for boat manufacturers for over 25 years. He is also the author of powerboat maintenance and operating manuals for many major boat manufacturers. As a former charter boat captain and boater for over 50 years, he has maintained and restored all types of powerboats from small fresh water ski boats and runabouts to large offshore sport yachts. For many years he was responsible for product make ready for boat shows, product tests and boat magazine reviews. He also designed the curriculum for dealer service department training seminars that included product make ready, troubleshooting and service.
