This edited collection presents an in-depth examination of the theory and practice of public authority administration and the current issues confronting public authorities in general. JERRY MITCHELL is Assistant Professor of Public Administration at Baruch College, City University of New York. His research has appeared in various academic journals, including the Public Administration Review, Policy Studies Journal, and State and Local Government Review.
