Prey: what you need to know about the new released movie PREY - Paperback

The main character of the movie is Naru (Amber Midthunder), a young Comanche lady who is determined to hunt alongside the larger guys despite their demeaning treatment of her. She desires to demonstrate to the best among them that she is capable of hunting for the tribe. She is also the first to notice that something is off about the forested region they are hunting in just outside of their hamlet. Naru is aware that another hunter is there among them and poses a threat right away, but her allies don't appear to pay attention until it's too late. When the terrifying predator finally attacks, it does it ruthlessly.

It's up to the main characters, much like in previous "Predator" movies, to identify the alien's vulnerabilities and tendencies. It's a game of "hunt or be hunted," so the stakes are always high. With its historical backdrop, director Dan Trachtenberg's interpretation of the well-known movie monster gives a fresh dimension to the legend. Despite the shift in scenery, the movie has a lot of entertaining nuances that many people would not notice at first viewing.
