Previously, he headed Microsoft's legal technology / operations department, led two product groups, co-headed application development in IT, and managed multi-million-dollar consulting projects in his seventeen years at the company. His unique and practical approach to leadership, people and project management, and workplace effectiveness is based on thirty-five years of managing projects and leading businesses on three continents.
