Author Biography
Janis Faye Hutchinson is Associate Professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Houston. She is also author of Cultural Portrayals of African Americans and The Coexistence of Race and Racism. Professor Hutchinson holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of Kansas.
