Soy Paula Martínez Buil, nací en 1996 en San Sebastián. Aunque mi ámbito profesional es la ingeniería electrónica, desde pequeña mi pasión ha sido cocinar. Hace unos años descubrí la gastronomía 100% vegetal y la cantidad de posibilidades que ofrece. Desde entonces imparto showcookings y creo contenido de recetas veganas para mi blog. Soy la creadora de la cuenta de Instagram @laluaverde, con más de 128.000 seguidores, donde doy rienda suelta a mi imaginación culinaria.
