So use it to help your child recognize and read these homophones after they are done with the picture cards.The workbook can be used independently for extra practice, but the pictures are what help the child retain, recall and distinguish between homophone pairs, so using the cards makes it a more enjoyable and successful experience for your child. Keep the cards handy in case your child needs to refer to them.As always, repetition is the key to success.
