Product Description

by Michael Swaim (Illustrator), Gloria Repp (Author)

Pibbin, smallest of treefrogs, is desperate to get help for his injured turtle friend, but how can he find a doctor? The other frogs warn him that it's a long, fearful journey. "You'll run into snakes and that giant bullfrog," they say. "Black Snapping Crabs might eat you." "Am I too small?" Pibbin asks himself. "Too small to be brave?" In spite of his fears, Pibbin sets off with his new pal, Leeper, and they hop into a more dangerous mystery than anyone ever expected. A fast-paced adventure for ages 7 and up. Includes black & white illustrations and a story map. Also available as an ebook and audiobook.

Author Biography

Gloria Repp has taken many trips to explore New Jersey's Pine Barrens, and one spring evening she listened to the frogs. She found their songs irresistible. Soon after, she began to write about the adventures of a tiny Pine Barrens Treefrog named Pibbin-and his remarkable friends.
