Author Biography
LINCOLN KINKADE, PT, started Physical Therapy Launchpad (PTLP) to help private physical therapy practice owners achieve success in their business. He graduated from West Virginia University in 1996 with a BS in Physical Therapy, and opened Dynamic Physical Therapy in 2003. He opened a second location in 2005 and currently has PT operations in 9 different locations. JIM MATUGA graduated from the Reed School of Media at West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in Journalism/Advertising in 1988. He has extensive experience in leadership positions with media companies in newspaper, television, cable, direct mail, radio and Internet. He founded and is presently CEO of InnerAction Media, a nationally-recognized marketing agency in the Pittsburgh, PA market (DMA). MIKE ARBOGAST is a 2-time graduate from West Virginia University with degrees in Business Administration and Creative Writing. As founder and COO of InnerAction Media, Mike and his team work with many clients in the healthcare industry, including Physical Therapy practices. He lives in Morgantown, WV with his wife, Shannon.
