Product Description

by Andrea Wisehart (Contribution by), Troy Wisehart (Author)

A paradigm establishes the parameters of how things are seen and done. Each of us has a paradigm in which we navigate through our lives but we should always maintain an open mind with regard to the paradigms of others. This is not to say that we should change our paradigm to accommodate those of others but it is always advantageous to know and understand where other people are coming from. Should we encounter an idea that improves our understanding of life we should include it in our own paradigm. In Paradigms of Meditation I have recorded my perspectives on a wide range of topics and present them here for the consideration of the reader. These paradigms are a reflection of my world view. Paradigms of Meditation was written over a period of many years. Some of it is about everyday things while some of it is in regard to spiritual or philosophical matters. In reading these words one may agree or disagree but in so doing discover their own paradigm. Take what seems valid and useful and leave what is not.
