Tom Marshall is a retired Army Colonel and his wife Elysee owned an insurance agency before they retired to Naples, Fl in 2001. But get this! In eighteen years they have never spent a summer in Florida, don't own a second home or take cruises or tours. They Make The World Their Second Home. Renting for three or four months each summer they have lived in Ireland, Carmel, Australia, Camden, ME, Estonia, Slovenia, Cambridge UK, and other places.
