It was Christmas time, my grandmother takes me by the hand and she pulls me into the kitchen. I was 11 years old at the time. "Since you like eating all the sweet potato pies up, you can help me make some" she says to me as i sit down at the table. The sweet smell of cinnamon and vanilla filled the air and, my grandmother hummed Christmas songs as she stood at the table rolling the pie doe out. Man i loved sitting there listening to her hum. That is what this book is all about. memories and recipes of my childhood. Recipes that i love and cook to this very day.
Author Biography
I was born in upstate New York the big apple state. I graduated from culinary school and i cooked professionally for a few years at world class restaurants. I learned from some of the best chefs in the industry. My hobbies include getting fat, loosing weight and getting fat again. It's a work in progress.
