Product Description

White Queso. Real Ingredients.

Credo's Oat Milk Queso Blanco is the clean-ingredient white queso — made from oat milk and cashew butter, nutritional yeast, and a real vegetable blend of tomato, garlic, onion, shiitake mushroom, cayenne, and chipotle. No seed oils. No artificial preservatives. No added color of any kind.  This is our most mild queso.

At 30 calories per serving, it's one of the lightest quesos you'll find. The flavor is lighter and more versatile than the Medium: mild enough to layer into white chicken enchiladas or a potato dip, bold enough to hold its own with tortilla chips.

If you've been looking for a queso blanco you can actually read the ingredients on — this is it.

Available at Whole Foods Market, Wegmans and HEB, and online with free shipping on orders over $40.

FAQ SECTION:

What's the difference between Queso Blanco and Queso Medium?

Blanco is a white queso — no red peppers, less heat. Lighter and more neutral, it works well layered into dishes (enchiladas, dips, potato toppings) or anywhere you don't want the queso to compete with other flavors. The Medium has red peppers and annatto for a bolder, more traditional queso color and taste.

Does Queso Blanco have any artificial color?

No. No artificial color, and no added dyes. Its color comes entirely from oat milk, cashew butter, and the vegetable ingredients in the recipe.

Does it have seed oils?

No. Like all Credo products, the Queso Blanco contains zero seed oils. It actually has no added oils of any kind. The fat (2g per serving) comes from cashew butter directly.

Is this good for people watching their calories or macros?

At 30 calories, 2g fat, and 2g carbs per 2-tablespoon serving — with 12 servings per jar — it's one of the most macro-friendly queso options on the market. Common uses include as a high-flavor, low-calorie topping for protein bowls, chicken, or vegetables.

Can I use this in cooked dishes?

Yes. The Blanco's neutral flavor profile makes it especially well-suited for cooking: white chicken enchiladas, potato gratin, creamy pasta, stuffed peppers, or anywhere a mild, creamy cheese sauce works.
