Dr. Farhan M. Chak is the Secretary-General of Kashmir Civitas, an international civil society NGO committed to ending the military occupation of the disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir. He is Associate Professor of Gulf Studies at Qatar University and author of Islam and Pakistan's Political Culture.
