Product Description

Crafted in Nepal in the Tibetan tradition, this five-pronged vajra (dorje) is a finely made ritual pestle in three-color pure copper. Often paired with a bell in Buddhist practice, the vajra itself symbolizes the indestructible nature of wisdom—unyielding, clear, and capable of cutting through illusion.

The five-pronged form represents the transformation of the five poisons into the five wisdoms, while the central sphere and lotus elements anchor the piece in classical vajra iconography. The three-tone copper body adds quiet richness: subtle shifts of color across the metal emphasize the crisp casting and careful finishing.

In a modern home, this vajra can live as both a practice object and a sculptural amulet. Place it on an altar beside a bell, in front of a thangka, or on a low console or bookshelf as a symbolic anchor for a meditation or reading corner. Its compact size makes it easy to hold in the hand, yet its weight and detail give it the presence of a true ritual tool.
