Leoniek Bontje is a herbalist and wild forager who is passionate about sharing her extensive knowledge of plants and their uses. She is the author of three books on foraging for plants, using plants for medicine, and drying and storing plant material, and runs a successful series of workshops on foraging and medicinal plants. She lives in the Netherlands.
