I was waiting on someone else to answer that question and offer a solution but no one ever did. It was when my 7-year-old niece asked the same question, that I realized that I cannot wait for someone else to answer that question for "Brown skin children." Her name is Myani, and she is a beautiful, inquisitive little girl asking the world for a change. Because of her, I wrote a book with a brown skin girl as a superhero. The book is titled after her "Myani the Warrior Princess". This book will let brown skin little girls know that they have the power to fight and make changes. I want all children who read this book to know, that they can slay their own giants and fight for a better world.
