Author Biography
Texas born and California raised Grandmaster Al Garza has studied the martial arts for nearly 60 years and currently holds an 8th degree Black Belt in Lima Lama. Founder and creator of the A.G. Matrix System, Mr Garza is a Master Instructor in Five Animal Kung-Fu. His martial arts background includes study in Lima Lama, Judo, Karate, Kung-Fu, Ground Movements, as well as boxing. Mr Garza currently resides in South Pasadena.
